Meet the Team Behind Green Earth

FOUNDER & CEO
Jim founded Green Earth Electronics Recycling in 2009 after recognizing a growing need for responsible electronics recycling in Southwest Michigan. A native of Elkhart, Indiana, Jim's 7-foot-1 stature led him from the basketball courts of Indiana to the NBA with the Dallas Mavericks & the USA National Team.



Long before sustainability became a mainstream conversation, he was helping pioneer electronics recycling & resource recovery in the region. His entrepreneurial spirit & passion for finding practical solutions transformed a community need into a thriving business. Today, his vision continues to guide Green Earth's commitment to responsible recycling, reuse, & environmental stewardship.

PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jeff serves as Director of Operations at Green Earth Electronics Recycling, where he helps lead the company's day-to-day operations & growth. Growing up on a family blueberry farm in Southwest Michigan instilled in him the values of hard work, stewardship, & serving others.



Jeff enjoys building processes that improve efficiency while creating a better experience for customers & employees alike. He is passionate about developing a community-oriented organization that provides value through relationships & service. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys life along the shores of Lake Michigan with his wife & three children.

REPORTING, SAFETY, & COMPLIANCE
Ryan oversees reporting, safety, & compliance initiatives at Green Earth Electronics Recycling, helping ensure operational consistency & accountability across the organization. Raised in Berrien County, Ryan earned a degree in Computer Networking from Lake Michigan College & brings a strong technical background to his role.



Known for his attention to detail, he takes pride in maintaining accurate records, improving processes, & supporting operational excellence. Ryan also cares deeply about people & works to build strong relationships with customers, coworkers, & partners. He lives with his wife & daughter in the wine country of Baroda, Michigan.

PROCESSING & REPORTING
Nikki brings extensive operations experience to Green Earth Electronics Recycling, helping drive efficiency, organization, & continuous improvement throughout the company. Before joining Green Earth, she served as Operations Manager for a large farm & olive mill in Phoenix, Arizona, where she developed a strong foundation in process management & team leadership.



Nikki is known for her hard work, attention to detail, & ability to combine operational discipline with a practical underst&ing of technology. Her process-oriented approach helps ensure projects are completed accurately & customers receive a consistent experience. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys life with her husb& & is a passionate fan of motorsports, including NASCAR, IndyCar, & Formula 1.

CUSTOMER CARE & PICKUPS
Jack leads Green Earth's pickup & customer care operations, helping ensure equipment is collected securely, efficiently, & with attention to detail. He coordinates pickup schedules, manages transportation routes, & oversees hard drive destruction activities to support customer security requirements.



Known for his strong work ethic & commitment to service, Jack works closely with his team to deliver a reliable experience for every customer. His focus on communication & follow-through helps keep projects moving smoothly from pickup through processing. Outside of work, Jack is a passionate Detroit sports fan who enjoys golfing, bowling, & spending time with family & friends.

E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Logan serves as an E-commerce Operations Specialist at Green Earth Electronics Recycling, helping manage online sales activities & supporting the movement of equipment through the resale process. A graduate of Gr& Valley State University near Gr& Rapids, Michigan, Logan is known for his hard work, dedication, & willingness to help wherever needed.



His attention to detail & dependable approach help contribute to the success of Green Earth's e-commerce operations. Outside of work, Logan is passionate about sports & enjoys both playing & following the games he loves, especially Ohio State athletics. Whether he's spending time with friends, competing on the field, or relaxing with his dog, he enjoys staying connected to the people & activities that matter most to him.

MARKETING & E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS
Ryan leads the marketing & e-commerce platforms at Green Earth Electronics Recycling, helping connect customers with the company's services while exp&ing online sales opportunities. Known for his creativity & knack for marketing, Ryan enjoys finding new ways to tell Green Earth's story & create value through digital channels. 



Outside of work, he is an avid supporter of Notre Dame athletics, the Chicago Cubs, & the Green Bay Packers. He also enjoys building community through organizing & participating in sports, bringing the same enthusiasm, leadership, & team-first mindset to both work & recreation. When he's not following sports, Ryan can often be found hunting for antiques & collectibles.

Toby leads Green Earth's testing & triage operations, helping ensure equipment is accurately evaluated & processed for its next stage. Known for his strong work ethic & dedication, Toby sets the tone for the team by leading through example & consistently giving his best effort. His positive attitude & commitment to getting the job done help motivate those around him & contribute to a strong team culture.



Outside of work, Toby is an excellent cook who enjoys smoking meats, & his coworkers always look forward to his contributions at company picnics & team gatherings. He is also a diehard University of Michigan sports fan & enjoys spending time playing video games.
